Terms and Conditions

1. With the majority of our projects we request 50% initially as a deposit, followed by the remaining 50% payment upon files being completed and ready to send. This however is negotiable depending on the size of project and duration.
2. Site visit payment quotations are based on distance travelled and time spent, should our stay include overnight duration/s then this will affect our price.
3. Imagine Draughting Services Ltd reserves the right to use Rendered Images upon completion of a project to market and publicise on our website, unless this is specifically requested in a signed NDA between our client and us.
4. As larger files can exceed the email limit on a number of projects our regular practise is to send your completed drawings / files by transfer websites directly to your email, following this we will archive any completed jobs for a 12 month period, beyond this time files may be deleted.
